Jay is an experienced solicitor with over 30 years of experience in dealing with all legal matters and particularly deals with civil litigation, estate planning, trusts, wills and probate matters.
Rajay Babulal Vadher

Head of the Property, Conveyancing
Rajay is an experienced solicitor dealing with all aspects of property matters, specialising in the acquisition and sale of both residential and commercial developments. His expertise includes drafting and negotiating both residential and commercial leases and the purchase and sale of all types of business.
Rajay acts for property investment companies, property developers, banks, financial institutions and high net worth individuals to first time buyers. Out of the office, Rajay enjoys playing football and an avid supporter of West Ham United Football Club.
Amirul Haque
Solicitor
Amirul graduated in law from the London School of Economics (LSE). He has extensive experience in the field of litigation, Family and Matrimonial, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law. He has a passionate belief in human rights and social justice.
Amirul is an Accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) as previously carried extensive publicly funded work.
Amirul is a Trustee of ‘Nida Trust’, an education based charity where he is regularly involved in providing and serving the needs of his community. When Amirul is not working he likes to participate in many different sports (mainly football and cricket).
Neil Burgess
Legal Executive
Neil Burgess has over 25 years experience in Conveyancing. Neil deals with exchanges and completions on conveyancing transactions and the post completion formalities.
Neil takes the lead on transfer of equity transactions within the firm and also sees conveyancing clients on their first appointment and gives them initial advice.
Neil also assists the partners on a day to day basis and deals with general enquiries and quotations on new matters.
Away from the office, Neil is a Scout Leader and is heavily involved with his local church.
