Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Information

Our Current Position
As a consequence of the increasing difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, our firm has taken further steps to ensure the safety of clients and staff, and continue to provide our usual level of legal services.

At the moment, we have a reduced number of solicitors/staff attending Office every day, on a rotating basis, who are able to take telephone calls and deal with emails and deliveries to Office as usual. Those solicitors not physically in the Office are working remotely, and can deal with emails. In substance, we are operating as normal.

In accordance with Government guidance, we will not be conducting face to face meeting in our Office.

However, it is possible, if not probable that some solicitors/support staff will be forced to self-isolate at extremely short notice. In that event, we will do all that we can to minimise disruption to the service we provide. Unfortunately, we envisage situations where despite our best efforts it will be impossible to do so. This will mean that your matter is delayed and/or not completed.

Moving Forward
If the Courts, Rail and Public Transport Services operate as normal, we shall insofar as is humanly possible continue to trade as normal. We are putting in place a plan whereby staff will be able to work from home in the event of a lockdown of our office or lockdown of our geographical area. There might be some initial disruption whilst our IT specialists make the change over, but we are hopeful that such disruption will be minimal.
